Andrea Sincleair serves as the Vice President of Accounting and Human Resources where she oversees financial operations, HR strategy, and compliance for the firm.  With more than two decades of experience, she prides herself on being instrumental in helping businesses grow and succeed. 

She first partnered with the Baker Firm in 2013 through her own accounting company and transitioned into a full-time leadership role in 2017.   She holds a degree in accounting and continues to build her expertise through hands on leadership and innovation. 

Known for her results-driven yet empathetic leadership style, she excels at team building, strategic planning, and keeping the “big picture” in focus.  Andrea is recognized for implementing company procedures, payroll systems, and compliance operations to improve efficiency and strengthen team culture.
