Chandler Lacefield-Duncan leads Business Development for The Baker Firm-Fidelity National Title in Parker County. Born and raised in Parker County, she has a strong connection to the area and a lifelong understanding of the Farm & Ranch lifestyle that defines much of the local real estate market.

She earned her degree in Advertising and Communications from Texas State University in 2017 and soon after launched her first business. Since 2016, Chandler has worked alongside real estate agents, helping them grow their brands through creative marketing, clear messaging, and authentic client engagement. After successfully building and selling her own company, she returned to the real estate space to support agents with title services that help drive their business forward.

Known for her creativity, energy, and genuine care for others, Chandler brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to her role. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping both agents and clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.
