Julie Walter leads Business Development for The Baker Firm’s Southlake office. She has lived in Southlake since 1997 and is a well-known figure in the community. Julie is actively involved on several boards, including the Carroll Athletic Booster Club, the Southlake Chamber of Commerce, and the Women’s Empowered Luncheon.

She joined the firm in 2013 and has a passion for connecting people and creating meaningful business opportunities. Julie has played a key role in bringing producers and professionals together, helping generate successful real estate deals for everyone involved.

Her approach is all about service—she goes above and beyond for her clients, offering a level of support that feels personal, thoughtful, and always professional. Julie holds a B.A. in Education from Western Illinois University.
