We’re proud to share that The Baker Firm has been named one of Fort Worth Inc.’s Best Companies to Work For in 2026, earning the No. 7 spot among medium-sized companies in Fort Worth.
The annual recognition celebrates companies that put their people first and create workplaces where employees can grow, connect, and succeed. The selection process includes anonymous employee feedback, making this recognition especially meaningful to our team.
The People Behind Baker
Since The Baker Firm was founded in 2011, we’ve worked hard to build a culture centered around relationships, not only with the Realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers we serve, but within our own team.
Today, our 79 employees are at the heart of everything we do.
Throughout the year, we make it a priority to bring our people together outside of the day-to-day work of title and escrow. Company trips to Mexico, Nashville, Biloxi, and most recently Possum Kingdom have given our team the opportunity to build stronger relationships and create memories together.
Our yearly retreats, annual Awards Night, happy hours, crawfish boils, catered lunches, holiday celebrations, and summer gatherings are all part of a culture that values connection.
But the heart of Baker goes beyond the events.
Our team shares in the success they help create. Through semiannual profit sharing, employee recognition, celebrations of milestones, and opportunities to grow together, we want every person at Baker to know the role they play matters.
